All of these installations are becoming increasingly important on board ship both to achieve great Crew comfort and for better care of cargoes
To the already classic transport of frozen goods ( meat ,fish ,etc … ) ,there is more and more maritime trade in fruits and farm products, which require strict control both of the temperature and of the organic elements themselves.
The operating principle of all cooling systems is the same in all installations. In large-capacity refrigeration systems , the cold is obtained by mean of different coolants such as amoonia ,Freon and bine ,with Freon the most widely used .
